The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.
Our military clinic remains open and we’re continuing to provide healthcare services. Scheduled appointments and procedures are proceeding as planned, and new appointments continue to be booked. Visitor Guidelines

We strive to make our facilities as comfortable as possible, not only for our patients, but also for the family and friends who visit them. This includes flexible visiting hours, convenient parking, and other amenities. You have the right to have a support individual of your choice (spouse, domestic partner, family member, or friend) present during the course of your hospital stay, unless this individual’s presence infringes on others’ rights, safety, or is medically or therapeutically contraindicated.

Hospital Rules and Regulations

You have the right to be informed of the rules and regulations of the hospital that relate to your conduct and that of your visitors. You should be informed of the no-tobacco policy and can expect compliance with those rules from all. You are entitled to information about the hospital mechanism for initiation, review and resolution of patient complaints. You have the right, within published rules.
